Non payment of claim submitted on 4 May 2022

Claim for Haemotologist, with pre-authorisation was submitted on 4 May 2022. To day no payment. Sent to complaints and received generic response, same when request was sent to pre-authorisation. Sales Consultant Loyisa contacted and me zero has happened.
In desperation sent email to PO c/of agm, apologising as this was not the correct platform but am now in a extremely unpleasant situation.
NEVER have I experienced anything remotely like this with all my decades with Hosmed.
