I bought a citymob voucher to take my hubby out for a meal! The food listed on the voucher was not available and they were not prepared to offer anything else even though they were at fault.
I took my complaint to their Head Office and their were very apologetic, they promised to send me a spa voucher and flowers for the shocking service received... we after 3 months I received the vouchers and went to the spa which was not a very nice experience from the area the salon was situated though to the massage... and alas after numerous emails, I am still awaiting the flowers.
If a commitment it made it must be adhered to... I will never support Cafe Sofia or any business associated with Moloko Investments again in my life and I have made sure to pass the word on... what a bunch of lying cheats!!! I have tried calling the number reflected on their letterhead and no one answers... strange that...
