LODGING A COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ABUSE I GOT FROM ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE
I was admitted in your hospital (MEDFORUM) on the 7th August 2021 to undergo an operation of the spinal cord which was going to be administered by Professor S. S Golele on the 8th August 2021.
After opening I was placed at ICU to for observation.
The very same night I was abused mentally and emotionally by one of your employee called Rebecca Mathebula.
The lady (Nurse) shouted at me and even threatened to beat me. I was so frightened as I cannot walk on my own
I felt that my following rights were violated
.My human dignity were humiliated.
.l was denied to receive medical care and attention like any other patients.
My invading my privacy like shouting about the name of my Doctor and my sickness.
.I felt emotionally depressed and suffered low self esteem
.My blood pressure and sugar level became uncontrollable and I went back to ventilation machine.
In the morning I called the sister in charge of the ward by the name of MAKI MMOLA
and lodge a complain.
The nurse was called and she agreed that she did all of that
The sister in charge she will take her and talk to her in the office but up to date I didn't receive any resolution of the matter.
I felt so devastated because on Monday (August 2021) I was supposed to orientated by physio therapists to walk but I didn't
so giving this matter to you and be resolved and further I'm thinking to take drastic towards this employee
