Pathetic healthcare service from staff

I was admitted at Addington Hospital on 31 August 2021. From the moment I arrived I noticed a total lack of care from the staff. The nurses would neglect us, refuse to inform us of what is going on and do their job with the worst attitude possible. It is as if they have no interest in serving the patients. The doctors were even worse. They often would not do tge expected task of making ward rounds and checking which patient is in criticak condition or which patient is ready to be discharged. I stayed in the ward for days for a minor illness which if attanded on time, would have meant I would be discharged earlier. Due to the staffs poor work ethic, I ended up staying longer and thus wasting hospital resources unnecessarily.
