Shouting at old age patient

HI Hello Peter.

I am very disapointed at teh service my old grandmother is receiving.

Unfroutunately for her she was admitted at this Hospital due to ill health.

At this moment she can not go by herslef to the bathroom and spoils on herself, last we had to bath her ourselves which is no issue but today she spoiled herlf and we were not there and a nurse shouted at her and beliitling her dignity. she does not know her name hence I cannot mention it on this letter.

I am so sad that my grand mother is treated this way.

I am not not sure of the nurse's name that did this to an old lady today 19 August 2013 (day shift) Ward 3.

Your assistance will be much appreciated.
