Service from all staff is very poor they don't communicate with patients they don't explain what's going on they treat patients and family like dogs, every single staff from doctors to nurses to security service is beyond poor, people are half dying with serious conditions but the staff and security work at they own slow pathetic pace, shouting and screaming at patients and their families, there can be know explanation for this service, they should remember they are working to serve people and help but they are pathetic.
