I've applied for medical aid through Jenus Health FSP36088 (A broker). My predicament i was told that i was going to be covered from the 1st of January 2013 and when that didn't happen i thought it will be activated from the 1st of Feb since i applied in Mid December. My issue now is that when i enquire with broker Pam Mkhomazi [Email Removed] she keeps on going around in circles and never return my calls. Please help
