I went online to get quotes on medical aids. Riaan called me back to assist me. I gave him my details. After a few days I found out that my organisation has 3 different medical aids that I can choose from. Riaan called me to check if im still interested, I told him not to go on with it because I have 3 medical aids to choose from. Next thing Xelus deducts R165, 00 form my account. I told my bank to reverse it. The last month (Sept) Xelus deducted R330, 00 from my account. I went to the bank to get their details. I called them and they said Jenus Health processed my application and that this was for my medical aid; I didnt have medical aid at the time. I called Jenus and got through to some lady. I explained to her and she said she will tell Riaan to call me, which he never did till this day.

I don't like it when people don't do their jobs properly. I want Riaan to check if the R330, 00 was reversed back into my account and make sure that this debit order stops immediately!!!
