Camaf Breach of Contract

I called Camaf in 2011 to find out if I am covered for a dental implant under my policy. I was told that the implant will not be covered so I asked if the crown that needs to be placed on top of the implant will be covered. I was told that 50% of the crown will be covered.
I then had to save up to pay for the implant myself and had to wait for my jaw bone to heal to a point where the specialist was able to do it. This happened only in July 2012. After that i had to wait 4 months before i could get the crown made. I then called Camaf again to confirm that they will still cover the 50% of the crown. Witch they confirmed. (both of the conversations was recorded and they have it on tape.) So i eventually got a date with the dentist and went for the crown. 3 days later the statement came and they did not cover 50%. I called to find out why only to be told the confirmation that was given to me is not in the same year. Now that I want to take this further i.e get my lawyers to listen to the tape no one is available or getting back to me. I trusted them to cover 50% after 2 recorded calls but now I am stuck with a liability that I did not plan for.
