I ordered 18 cupcakes through Groupon at Party Haven. Placed the order 14 days in advance, when I made contact that day before my order was due, I was told by Michelle that she knows nothing about my order and she can't find any record of my order. She then told me that she could assist but had no driver to deliver. Apparently she informed ALL her clients for the driver issue in the beginning of December, never mentioned in any of my correspondence. The next morning I received an sms to say that I need to apply for a credit cause she can't assist me. Thankfully I kept all the correspondence from Michelle, not that that help at all as to date I've not even received a 'sorry' from her, even after emailing her her confirmation of my order. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone. I found her to have no integrity, no clue re customer service, no sense of commitment. Groupon should be ashamed to have their name linked to this supplier. Seriously pathetic. If the service is this useless I seriously doubt that the cakes taste any better. I would rather support the Tannie at the church
