Discovery's lack of professionalism

1. I received a wrong form to apply for Allied Therapeutic benefits and wasted my as well as the doctor's valuable time. The doctor has to fill the forms twic
2. When I applied for this extension of benefits form (corrected form), I was told that the decision will be communicated within 7 business days - this was due end of February. It is not the third week of March and I have not heard anything from Discovery, after at least 4 emails requesting feedback. Since you first denied this application, claiming I hadn't reached the 80%, though I had actually passed the 85% mark, you would do your best to communicate the answer in a timely manner.
