Got a test for my spectacles which went well, although the medical aid was about to an issue. Made a cash payment regarding that test. I then made a request for contact lenses the very same day, the woman who assisted with my payment explained that seeing that it is my first time with the contact lenses I will get trial contacts.
I was never informed that my contacts have arrived until i phoned. Funny they couldn't find my details and claimed that I could have possibly tested at another shop but not them. then when i phoned the next day they claimed that I was informed that my contact lenses have arrived which i was never.
Later I went to pick up, guess what!!! No First Fitting is done until I asked what should I do if I'm given no Instructions and no fitting trial.
