I am really unhappy the way my international claim that I logged earlier on the 20th January 2014
I get no feedback. I have to phone in the call centre and I have spoken to over four consultants in the past two weeks. I understand that I get told that these claims take long, but I get nothing of this in writing, nor I get no feedback on the process of my claim. Each time I call to follow up, each person I speak to has to keep me hold for 10 minutes to play detective in where my claim has gone to. Its square one every time.
I am tired paying for a service that is not providing what they say they do, and having to fight each time to get my claims sorted.
A gentleman over the call centre has promised me a phone call with the current status today. I am hoping this will come through.
This is frustrating, and this is costing, to keep following up on my claim. A fifteen minute call each time. Which in fact it is the service provider to keep me in the loop.
I am frustrated that I am kept in the dark and promises that are not met.
I really don't know what to do. Just unhappy
