Have not yet received my deposit back!

I rented holiday accommodation - No 3 La Pirougue, in Ballito from 12 December to 22 December 2014 through [URL Removed] booking reference 6749296. I was required to pay a R2000 breakage deposit before we occupied which I did when I paid the remainder of my holiday. I still have not received my deposit back! Other people came to stay from the 22 December. Surely they needed to complete an inventory list, so it should have been clear on that day that I was entitled to receive my deposit back. I tried to communicate with Heidi Garbade, who appears to be the owner, about 10 times, but I have received no response!
