I applied for a funeral plan and was given false information at Jabulani Mall branch and also by consultants via the phone. It seems like it is easy to get a funeral plan but when i want to cancel the policies it is a mission. The consultants give false information, I just want to cancell the policies with immediate effect but i am told I have to wait for 30days without re-imbursement. As a client I have a right to cancel a policy and I am not allowed to cancel it now. I am not happy at all. It is easy to get a policy but difficult to cancel.
