NO FEEDBACK SINCE 23rd Decembe

My medical aid was suspended before the expiry date of 31st December 2013. My optomertrist called Discovery who told her and myself that i had 2400 in my optical benefit and anything above that would come from my medical savings. I was told i would have to pay the difference of R500 fro my savings. i tehn went ahead and got frames. I was then advised that the full R3000 was taken from my savings and that my re-inbursment would now be R6000 instead of R9000. I am not willing to suffer at the cost of Discovery staff incompetence. I want my full refund. I advised Shaheza Mahomed of this on the 23rd of December. she said she would pull the calls and call me back. She never did. I called in again last week was told by another gentleman he would call by COB and i have heard nothing.
