Good day, I Mr A Fortune has requested from my broker to add my wife and son onto my medical aid. the turn around time was 3 to 5 working days. it is now more than a week and nothing so far has happen. the request was put throw on the 29th January. on the 4th when I call in it was told to me that Bonitas has received the relevant documents and that it is with the underwritten Department. Today the 7th Feb 2014, I call in again and it was told to me that it is still with the same department, the ref no. that was given to me is as follow: 070214QK90JG. I also have this problem when I go on my Bonitas Website I can see that my family is active on my profile but according to Bonitas they cant see them on the system. a lady that I spoke to from the IT Department at Bonitas told me that see can also see them on my profile but they are not active on the system. the Reference No. for this cases is as follow: 070214QK8W8K. I guess the only thing Bonitas is good at is with giving you alot of reference numbers in stead of dealing with the problem at hand. Please!! can someone from the Membership Department Please sort out this problem. Thank you
