I have been been struggling with a claim for over a week now, I have phoned and I have emailed and they keep on sending me mails to my questions and I still don't know what to do. I am really fed up wirh them now I only want to know if I can claim something and I have sent them the nappi codes that they asked for and still I do not know what is going on! I mean really is it so difficult just to assist? I am at work the whole day and I can not answer my phone when it rings I prefer emails! Really the feedback is horrible just answer my questions and dont just send me the same stuff over and over so I still don't know where I stand I mean we pay our off on our medical aid and the service is really bad
