I had an hernia break last year and had to go for emergency surgery because the bowels were pushing through the hernia. And now at the same place there has developed a new hernia that is doing the same. Now discovery call center people won't give me authorization for the operation because their panel of experts must have more info. Which the dr and the specialist I saw gave motivation. What more info do they need. If I don't go for this operation my bowels will twist and die and then the dr will have to do a bigger and more expensive operation. This is not the first time this '' playing company has refused to pay for visit to doctors and procedures. I feel victimized by them. I pay my premium every month but when I need them the have all this problems.
