I am so disgussed at the service I have just receive from the staff at the Arwyp pharmacy! I know it is half past 12 at night but if you offer a 24 hour service and there is no customers but me trying to get medicine for my 4 year old boy, I would appreciate it if u would stop talking and try and help me as this is what you are suppose to do.. When I do ask if you did see me and the reply then comes" yes, but I was talking" I can only but shake my head in wonder .. If this is what the supposedly "best" hospital is capable off I shrink to think what the state in the wards is like.. Dear sir and madam in the pharmacy your job is to assist me or anyone walking through that door as soon as u possibly can. Its a crying shame for a hospital to have these staff employed to drag their name even futher down the drain!
