Suspended but ahead in payments??!!
I received notice that my benefits will be suspended due to non payment on 10/01/2014 and since then have been trying to sort this out. According to my latest statement last payment is stated at 02/12/2013 but I made a payment again on 21/12/2013. I have emailed the proof of payment numurous times ...
