Retainer benefits approved then declined again

I received an e mail yesterday at 5.22pm again from Bankmed stating that code the reflected codes 8173 and 9622 not going to be paid from secured benefits but from the savings although the web side at Bankmed stated that there are benefits on these codes from insured benefits. I contacted Dr Elize van der Merwe 0219754143 and Dr Baard 0218550094. and a patient from Dr Schalk Slabbert. All confirmed that this is not unusual request. Nazley Solomons phoned me yesterday and confirmed that Bankmed will pay from secured benefits approved now Proff Moola declined it again.
