I was recently admitted to 4ways life and was to undergo a surgical procedure. i must note that the treatment i received nurses of surgical 2, their conduct, integrity, professionalism was outstanding... on the other the othe the day matron whos name i cannot unfortunately remember is arrogant, rude, incompetent and thinks that cos she is white she knows it all and is better than other ppl. dear this is not the old regime we live in so get with the program. Her conduct, mannerism and attitude towards was disgusting, my mother was to twice that i was already in surgery wherein i was waiting from 5 am that morning until 4pm to undergo surgery... let me not go into to much detail on that but the day matron on duty on 20 Jan 2014 shud not be allowed to interact with patient or anyone in the manner that she did with me. Even the nurses were appauled on the conduct of the day matron and the medical staff and the manner in which i was treated.
Is this what the rest of the patients at 4ways life are in store for, is the manner that all patients are treated???
Oh yeah let me just throw it in ur face. civil law suit 4ways life!!!
