Firstly, just a suggestion - why can you not make Bingo on a Wednesday at 19h00 instead of 17h30, it is way too early for working people, there is no way I can get there in time when I only finish at 16h00, even if I leave straight from work (Parktown). With the traffic, can never make it by close off of ticket sales at 17h00!! Secondly, please can you do something about the aircon in the Slots Empire (smoking area) it is unpleasantly cold and my favourite machines (CSI) are in there but after a while I am just so miserable from the cold I have to leave. Different if it was cool but it is f-r-e-e-z-i-n-g!! Not a pleasant gaming experience in there at all. I can tell you I am not the only one that complains, everyone does!!
