I have had to change my medical aid and ask for some funds to be reallocated from MSA. It has been a seamless experience with lots of communication and pleasant people. We also required healthcare while abroad and this was also a simple process. How is it that one part of DIscovery's business gets things so right and another is horrible (Insure).
Keep on getting it right and maybe teach your sister division a thing or two.
