Change in Medical Aid Option

At the beggining of November I called Discovery health and asked for help as i wanted them to advise on change of medical aid plan that is affordable and also suitable for me.
After being put through a lot of people I eventually landed up with a lady called Zanele who promised to come to my work to discuss the options. She never phone, never came, I have been persistantly calling her and I still have no solution. The frustrating part I am so busy to be chasing after them and as Discovery medical aid is so expensive they really should have an excellent customer service. I do not want to change the medical all I am asking for is a good customer service & the medical aid must work for me because right now its not working for me and I feel I am paying a lot as an individual with no dependents.
