I have made numerous calls to the call centre claims department and spoken to various staff regarding my claim that was submitted for a procedure that I had performed on the 27 May. To date this still hasnt been resolved and I am unable to get a statement from Momentum Health - I am constantly told it is being escalated to the Claims Department. I am bitterly disappointed in the service I have received and will definitely not recommend Momentum Health to any one. I will also be cancelling my membership at the end of this year!
