I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Feb 2011.No injuries or fractures were obtained. The Maponya911 rescue appear on the accident scene and they insist on taking us to the hospital for routine check up. On the way they never mentioned anything with regard to payment even on the papers that I have signed. The shock of my life come in on the 09.12.2013 when I received an sms saying that Ive been handed over to the credit collectors for failing to pay the amount of R1491.98 owed to maponya 911.As i was still shocked I contacted the local branch and they explain that the service from the accident scene is free but ill have to call their head office in Pretoria of which I did and the receptionist told me that RAF has rejected all the claims that were made by them and the leaves the customers to pay on their own. I requested to talk to their manager but i was told to write all my complaints and send to the email provided Email was sent and they never replied on the other side the credit collectors were busy with their threats .as of today my balance stand on R1598.26.Maponya 911 rescue never communicate with me with regard to my account as by the time was having medical aid to cove
