Empty promises after paying the deposit

Refereing to woodpecker inn"s reply on the 16th of January 2014 asking me to remove the post on helo peter, stating that when my husband phoned in and asked about the self catering unit on the 9th October 2013 Jeacques replyed the same day about the nice family room with a kitchenette thats availible for us, hours later my husband replied back still on the same day how much will the deposit then be and when do we need to pay this deposit? Jeaques replyed on the 10th of October 2013 stating sorry he only realised now he never attached the account details and deposit and costs involved our stay from the 21st December up untill the 4th of January 2014 and it needs to be paid asap! on the 11th of October 2013 myself Bianca Jordaan (Christo's Girlfriend) paid the deposit of R5420 from her account to woodpeckers account, on the 15th christo has sent Jeaques an email asking if they have received the payment and Jeaque replied someone will phone him "Kobie" No one ever phoned Christo cause he was in Namibiee! And now woodpecker are saying Chris wanted to surprize me with the holiday, Jeaque i paid the deposit, i am sure you got us mistaken for another family
