I emailed Bonita's on 8th April 13 with a claim for a doctors visit. I received notification on the 20th (or so) saying that my claim would be processed. I then called in on the 23rd to confirm my banking details. I changed my banking details on the 23rd and received confirmation via SMS a few days later to say that it had been changed. I then received an SMS after this and was informed that my refund was not processed as my banking details were incorrect.
I then called in again on 1 May and was informed that my claim should be paid by Thursday's run with my new banking details. This has not yet happened - it is now close to a month and I have not received my funds. I have in the interim submitted a new claim and I am concerned that this will take another month to be processed.
Seriously considering changing medical aid due to the slow processing, lack of feedback and the apparent lack of administration control.
