Discovery Health claim department is S..t. Updated my details on line and via email. They still tell me that my banking details are wrong and would not be able to receive my claim. Being told to wait 48 hours after waiting called to find out whats the problem, again told to wait 72 hours. Really now I'm getting tired of these hours of waiting or is it an excuss of not paying. Ahh, even lost the energy to call again. The sad part is that they want to be rated on their poor poor perfomance. Sad member, ahh
