I am a medical service provider and I would like to report the poor service we receive from gems
. There are always inconsistencies in their correspondence with us and we are wasting a large amount of our resources following up on payments. At times we are waiting more than three months for payment.
We deal with a large number of elderly people as well as young children that need these funds for their hearing aids which is essential for them to communicate and interact with the world.
Gems are a medical aid company that really needs to look at their service delivery and much improvement is needed.
