So I'm sure everyone has seen the "great" benefits for taking the Vitality scheme, especially for discounted flights. I loved the idea of discounted flights so when I booked a flight from Cape Town to Jhb I noticed on the web site the deal was fantastic and a lot cheaper, knowing that I was getting the best deal I booked the flight and took a screenshot of the flight I booked. Next I noticed that I received an invoice from Kulula however I noticed that I was incorrectly billed, about R300 more than the screenshot price I took. I immediately called Kulula the Saturday 30 November and asked if I could please get this fixed, I spoke to a miss Danielle Wentzel who promised me the world and ensure that my problem would be sorted out the first thing Monday morning. Monday came and I had nothing sorted out, I was told a whole bunch of excuses and then was told they are working on the issue. A month later I contacted Vitality and I spoke to a Miss Nikki Mathebula who told me that I would not be receiving the discounted amount as I was billed correctly. To everyone that is thinking of choosing Vitality please don't as from the experience I received this is a and false advertising
