I'm currently a Bronze vitality member and will be moved up to silver as soon as some outstanding points are credits. I went online to compare flight prices on British Airways for a return trip to London and the cost through the ba website and the 'discounted' vitality price are exactly the same. Even if the discount only applies to the base fare and not the taxes and surcharges surely the price should be lower taking into account the promised discount based on your status??
