Resolution committed to paying 15 consultations for a patient. However, they only paid for 5 consultations and I have been trying for 8 months to get the money. The problem is that Resolution takes so long to process a claim that the claim actually goes "stale" and then they refuse to pay it. It is very frustrating and unacceptable.
