I have been trying to get hold of MSC South Africa for a whole week now and i have emailed msc as well and still have not received any response.
I think it is so irresponsible and so frustrating.
This is supposed to be a memorable time but it has been made into a nightmare. All I want to do is book priority bookings for myself and my partner.
This call centre is not helpful at all. When I finally think I am going through them they cut me off...
Something needs to change.
The saddest thing is i have booked and paid my deposit already!!!
