Can someone please contact me wrt my booking even having issues phoning you and having issues with paying it online.

I made a telephonic reservation, however still awaiting on my confirmation, made another booking and went as far as inserting my credit card details and click on complete - after this I went back on the site and saw the cabin still available (9150).

Please confirm how to go about this because it's frustrating that you hold on for almost an half hour then speak to someone and being transferred but then the call cuts.

A business like this should have sufficient resources to deal with all your inbound calls preventing customers to have a massive telephony bills - my telephone bill costs thus far - R210 and booking still not confirmed. You should consider increasing head count which will help creating jobs for many South Africans and this will allow you to answer most calls within SLA.

You promoting call backs on your site - done that last week but still waiting for someone to call me.
