Worst medical aid ever!!! I have epilepsy, I need curtain medication then you force me to take generic medication that's not working for me. I am currently on my 24th blackout because of the medicine that you are forcing me to take. You are putting my health at risk. So please note I will be taking further action as I can get brain damaged because of this! Bestmed say they cover chronic meds, but I have to make co-payments on it and the funny story is I also have to make co-payments on generic meds. Every month you get new generic medications but you don't think of why the Dr's prescribed us with the medicine if the Dr wrote on the prescription generic meds by all means, but otherwise not. So what do you think I should do of your poor survice??
