Everyday i call the contact centre and ask to speak to a manager I get told that the managers are all in a meeting and get promised to be phoned back but every day this week has been empty promises the last time i spoke to a lady named Roxy she gave me a very big attitude when i requested to speak to a manager. then i sent a request a third time to be called back and Roxy called me Back and pretended to be some one else Making it seem as if i don't know what I'm doing... I need to be Called back BY a Manager i don't want to speak to anybody other than a someone in management and if i don't get that i will go to the CEO.
