I received an sms from Varsity telling me that I owe money my account is over due what I don't understand my account was fully paid in January and the money is not allocated in May the 22nd which is none of my business but it affects me why was this useless unprofessional message sent to me since I paidf the so called school in Jan? Secondly I gave them a call after exams to find out exactly why is this not sorted out the lady was suppos to call me back she didn't then I called back after 30 minutes she told me she was in a metting and I asked for the manager because she is not apologtic shew is telling me that thre was nothing she would do she had to go to a meeting I then spoke To the so called manager who told me to send the proof of payment I told him I won't do that he must go because that was done in jan he told me I am not helping myself he cannot help me I then asked him for the principal's email address he gave me the incorrect email address I put the phone down I am just so annoyed with this kind of service and I need the principal of Varsity college to give me a call I will take this matter further you don't treat customer the way you should and the service is poor cause
