On 17 December I went to the Spa with a friend, and we ordered a bottle of wine to enjoy during treatment. As it happened we did not drink it as the spa prefers guests to drink before or after the treatment, and we were already committed to a dinner after.
I sent the bottle up to the Hotel 4th floor as per the spa staff, and they promised to refund me. A week later I called and was told there was an issue between the spa and the hotel, but I would be paid via EFT. A week thereafter I called again and once more I was told the spa manager is rarely in her office but she would pay me
This week I have called EVERY day, and no one has even had the courtesy to return my calls. I have spent R140 on calls and petrol, going to the spa twice to try and resolve the issue.
I find it utterly unacceptable to be so disregarded by a group and establishment that pride themselves on service ethic
