Very Bad Service

Arrived at Emperors Palace no record of our name on hotel list, cashier very rude, talking to his friend while assisting us. We got stuck in the lift for about 10min rang alarm bell - no assistance. Eventually lift opened. Got given another key-card for another floor that did not work the first time either and had to be recoded. Went for a drink on the Pool patio and had to choose between two tables that both had dirty dishes on them. The whole time we sat there the dirty plates also stayed there while waiters stood around. after show we went back to Aurelias and ordered Khalua coffees waited about 30 minutes, people around us came after us and they got their drinks. Eventually 2 Don Pedros arrived and the excuse that they had to fetch the ice-cream. We said we ordered coffees not Don Pedros. 45 minutes later received the coffees. The next morning the hotel couldn't immediately refund R600 on credit card for incidental charges that they had taken from credit card when we checked in. Gentleman at Guest Relations said he did not know about all our poor service and then in the next breath said he was the one who had sent us the bottle of wine the night before for our bad service
