Unable to get through to an agent

My father's medical aid was suspended because the agent he spoke to said that he had not paid his subscription for 2010 and then probably correct herself by saying December 2013. I pay his medical aid before the 25th of each month which is when it is due.
I have tried calling them since Friday the 3rd of January so that I can send proof of payment but have held on for more than 25 minutes at a time. The reference number supplied to him on the 2nd is 8345217. We need this rectified urgently as he needs his prescription for chronic medication filled. December payment was made on the 17th of December 2013.
