Debt as a result of TRIPLE deduction

An amount of R1979.00 was debited from my account. My premium only being R640 . The amount in my account was calculated to include all my other debits including my Discovery membership premium, and as a result of the inordinately large amount debited by Discovery all other debits have gone unpaid and there is interest owing on those outstanding debits and the bank charges. This has caused a financial crisis and undue stress. Upon calling the call centre on the 07/01/2014, Shaun the "specialist" informed me that they had debited me due to a payment being missed which i was aware of and paid in full in December. Shaun also said that he believes that if the payment went out on time that this would not have happened, implying that this is all my fault. i have a baby and my husband is currently unemployed placing all the financial strain on my shoulders. I do not know where i will get the money from to pay all of these unpaid debits and the bank charges. As per Shaun, i will only be reimbursed with the R1200.00 that was debited in error, which will not help with this large amount of debt. I do not appreciate being put in this situation. i have been a client of Discovery since 2010
