I have a Hospital plan costing well over R1, 500 per month.
Having moved our banking from FNB to ABSA twelve months ago, I instructed Fedhealth todebit our ABSA account. Every month, they continue to debit FNB and the transaction is rejected. Every month I advise them of their mistake, and I get billed R138 by FNB for the FEDHEALTH mistake. There seems to be nobody at Fedhealth who is willing to resolve this simple administrative problem.
To add insult to injury, I am advised that my benefits have been suspended - in spite of my having paid over R1500 for a very long time. They clearly do not want me as a client any longer.
Is this a company YOU would trust to look after you if you landed up in hospital? Re-Evaluating
Sincerely,
Ian Williams
