Our family have been looking forward the whole year to our holiday at the wilderness dunes. unfortunately the people in the next unit a couple of metres away seem to have a health problem that involves coughing and half choking to death constantly at all hours of the night. my family are unable to sleep the entire night which obviously has resulted in us feeling ill and not enjoying our holiday at all. when complaining to the manager the response i was given was that the resort is full and there is nothing they can do.
this is supposedly a gold crown resort, our accommodation is R2800.00 a day. imagine you went to the michelangelo hotel in sandton and were unable to sleep all night or work the next day because of another residents health problems.
i asked for our accommodation to be refunded so we could find ourselves somewhere more pleasant to spend the last few remaining days of our holiday, but was told that is impossible.
the least legacy resorts could do for us, is allow us to finish our holiday without a bad taste in our mouths.
