Chronic Medication: Accumax Co. 20mg/12.5mg
I have applied for LibMed authorization to purchase medication in advance on several occasions over the past year.
Not once did LibMed authorize the purchases in time.
In fact, I am still awaiting authorization of purchases of a year ago.
The call center and customer service personnel are rude, incompetent and extremely arrogant; whilst actually nothing more than plain stupid and clearly without any education.
Emails are rarely replied to. LibMed only sends automated responses after which one never hears anything again. Shocking to say the least.
I have complained about this shameless lack of customer care on several occasions, but nobody at LibMed cares.
