I am very disappointed about the service that I have received so far with regards to trying to get the free Your pregnancy magazines online. On the 24th of Jan I sent a detailed e-mail with print screens explaining the errors on the website. This was after speaking to about 5 consultants who could not assist. I I received an e-mail today from Yolanda Erasmus who tried to call me this morning. She said I can call the call centre so that they can assist me with my order. When I did, I was told that they cannot assist me anymore, (which I was told a hundred times before) and not sure why Yolanda gave me an incorrect information.
I just want my free magazines please!
