I bought my first new car (Ford Figo) at Novel in Paarl and collected it the same week. When I got there to collect my car I was greeted with a big smile, which made me even more excited to have done business with them. The sales man (Ben) took me through all the details and the contract in short understandable terms. He even made me notes (since I was too excited to remember most of what was said) for future services and introduced me to the people I would be speaking to. He showed me my car (which had a big red bow on it) and went through everything with me and even set up some radio channels for me. I received the most gorgeous flowers from them and they even took a picture of me and my new car. He really made me feel like they appreciated my business with them and that is the best thing a client can ask for.
He's service was more than I expected and I want to thank him for making it such a pleasant experience for me.
