It's unbelievable. They just do noyt want to pay the medical bils. My dr send me to Orhopeed. He insisted me to pay his bill and claim back because they have too many trouble with Resolution. I paif the bill R560 and claimed. Resolution paid me R278.36 while I still have R107 891 for this 2013. My premiums for the past years was approxemately R250 000. They did not want to pay Hospital procedure in June, and they do not want to pay any claims. They just want our money, but do not provide anything in change. Discovery offers much more, better service and at lower premium.. I will have to go to a better service provider. The attitude of people at Resolution stinks and they clearly do not have energy and knowledge to assist. they also do not understand that we do not have various Hospitals in Eastern Cape as they have in Johannesburg. Totally uncapable. This matters needs to be investigated by the medical board and the consumer protector. They show available benefits, but do not want to pay any benefits. They cannot indicate what they are willing to pay and what not. Surely the people who works ther, also do not know. Government cannot leave them to take money without providing anythi
